Yummie! Culinary news. Last week, our guests were able to taste the very first goat cheese produced at Mamiwata Ecovillage (which we enriched with our locally harvested Oregano and Basil).

Fresh berry fruit, a hint of herbal spice, and clear, cool aromas characterize the first impression.
