01 | Applicability
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the website mamiwata-ecovillage.com and bookings of accommodation and/or services or any other related contracts made through this website. This website is owned, provided and operated by Mamiwata Eco Village, which is a subsidiary of Monte e Mar Alojamento Lda., Mindelo, São Vicente, Cabo Verde, within these terms and conditions referred to simply as „Mamiwata Eco Village“. 02 | Website
This website provides the user with information, availability and prices of accommodation and/or services at Mamiwata Eco Village. The website also offers options to reserve and partially pay accommodation and/or services.
03 | Prepayments through the website
In order to finalize a reservation through Mamiwata Eco Village’s website booking system, the user needs to pay a deposit. The deposit is charged before arrival for the first night in the respective category. The deposit is non-refundable and only after the payment a reservation becomes valid. If a potential guest cancels a reservation or does not appear before or during the first reserved night, the respective reservation will be cancelled and the first night payment will be charged. The hotel may, at its own discretion, contact clients with a reservation before their arrival.
Since the reservation system and payment gateway are operated by international third partner companies, credit card and respective user data, needed and supplied during the payment are not collected or stored by Mamiwata Eco Village, but by these third party providers, which operate under international data protection standards.
04 | Further payments
In order to settle outstanding amounts for more than one reserved night or additional services, clients are required to pay remaining reserved nights either through bank transfer before arrival or personally on arrival to Mamiwata Eco Village.
05 | Booking periods
Periods and lengths of accommodation availabilities may be limited on the website or differ from other booking channels. If you experience limitations please contact the hotel through the given contact details.
06 | Copyrights
All information on this website, the company name, domain name, logos, drawings, illustrations, maps, photographs, texts, graphics and other files are property of Mamiwata Eco Village and are protected by a variety of national and international laws. Any copy, reproduction or resale, in part or in full, for commercial purposes, without the prior written authorization by Mamiwata Eco Village is a legal offense and punishable by law.
07 | User data and guest registration
Mamiwata Eco Village will process user data solely for the supply of services and management purposes. If these information are needed to execute services, for example in order to transfer payments, Mamiwata Eco Village will share restricted user data with third party providers, such as banks, travel companies, booking service providers and/or payment gateways, only for the named tasks. The website user has the right to access, modify and delete any information that he supplies to Mamiwata Eco Village by sending a written inquiry to Mamiwata Eco Village, best via e-mail: info@mamiwata-ecovillage.com. Guests are obliged to register personal data and provide a passport or ID card during the check-in process. Without complete guest registration the accommodation may be rejected. 08 | Right of Admission
Mamiwata Eco Village may refuse admission or accommodation if: – accommodation units or service outlets are fully booked; – a potential costumer or guest poses a significant annoyance or threat to other guests or hotel staff; – a potential costumer or guest is perceived likely to break the law or disrupt public order; – a potential costumer or guest does not comply with the published terms and conditions; – in cases of natural disasters, epidemic outbreaks, force major.

10 | Mistakes and technical issues
All information and prices on the website are current, checked regularly and provided with utmost care. Nevertheless, the user may not hold Mamiwata Eco Village liable if this website presents a mistake or technical failure. If the user finds such a mistake, he is asked to contact the hotel. Mamiwata Eco Village reserves the right to correct mistakes or wrongly listed prices before rendering respective services.
11 | Modifications
Mamiwata Eco Village reserves the right modify, cancel, upgrade or discontinue information, services, booking possibilities or hotel details at any time without prior notice.
12 | Remaining terms
The invalidity or impossibility to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect, impair or invalidate any of the remaining terms and conditions.
